Shipping Methods
We offer the following shipping methods:
• Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days via USPS/UPS/FedEx
• Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days via USPS/UPS/FedEx
• Priority Shipping: 1-2 business days via USPS/UPS/FedEx
Shipping Rates
Our shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and destination of the package. You can estimate your shipping cost by using the shipping calculator in your shopping cart.
Processing Time
Please allow 24-48 hours for processing and handling of your order. This time frame may vary during peak periods or holidays.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use this information to track the status of your package.
Delivery
We ship to all 50 states in the US, as well as to APO/FPO addresses and Puerto Rico. We also ship internationally to select countries.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us within 3 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund, if necessary.
Return Shipping
If you need to return an item, please see our Return Policy for details on how to initiate the return process. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or was sent in error.
Holidays and Weekends
Please note that our shipping carriers do not deliver on weekends or holidays. Any orders placed during these times will be processed on the next business day.
